Since I have written a whole book about it, albeit a small one, it seems a bit silly to be repeating what I have probably said better elsewhere. It is really quite a good book that you all should read who are in that 'what is literature' and 'what is wrong with Mills and Boon' funk.

Not many people have read this, but when it came out a customer of Pioneer Books let us know that Lucy Sussex, a literary critic, writer and academic in Melbourne named it on radio as one of her three favourite books of the year. So, other people think it is quite good too.
